I haven't listened to the episode yet, but I'd like to name a composer who'd be my number two choice (after Griskey, whom I adore): Bear McCreary.

While Bear's claim to fame comes from "Battlestar Galactica" with the ethnic instruments and drum patterns, he has also proven that he is able to score like Williams in his soundtracks for "Human Target" and "The Cape".
